SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We ship as many orders as possible at once, therefore we can provide lower shipping costs to our customers.
PRE-ORDERS & MIXED ORDERS:
Pre-Orders have the estimated shipping period listed in their product details.
Orders with pre-order products included, are processed as soon as the pre-orders are ready to ship. Please keep it in mind when ordering many different products.

COSTS:
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, after the shipping address is provided.
ORDER TRACKING:
If the customer chooses tracking at the checkout, we will provide the tracking number as soon as the order is sent. The order can be tracked on the shipping service provider's website.
If the customer didn't receive the tracking number, despite choosing tracking at checkout, please contact us at info@pocketrubiq.shop, including your shipment number.
DAMAGED OR LOST TIMES:
If the customer receives damaged items or the order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, including the option of a refund or a replacement.
We do not offer free shipping for sent replacements of damaged or lost items.
For international orders we recommend choosing the tracking option.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES:
The customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply after receiving the order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

SALE ITEMS:
We do not refund or replace items that are listed on sale or have been purchased with a gift voucher.
CUSTOMERS LIVING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION:
According to the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, EU customers have the right to return a product by contacting us within 14 days. The returned products have to be in the same condition as shipped. They must not have visible marks of usage or damaged packaging. Please return items in their original packaging (not ripped open or damaged). Please provide the purchase receipts for the returned items as well within the returned package.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:
All purchases made are final. Please note that we do not accept returns unless the items you received are not the items you ordered.
REFUND:
We are going to contact the customer as soon as we received and checked the returned package. We will let you know if the refund is approved or not. After the approval we are going to refund the customer within 10 business days via chosen payment method.
Please note that the refund will take some time until your bank or credit card company will process and book the refund.
Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your returned package and you have not yet received a refund.
AFTER CONTACTING US:
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the next steps for returning the order.
Please note that the return cost will be beared by the customer.
